How long is processing time?

Please allow up to 5 business days for processing on orders with standard shipping. Priority, 2-Day and Next Day orders are processed and shipped the next business day.


I have a problem with my order. Where can I get help?

Contact us by email at TheSeraphSkin@gmail.com with order number and explanation of problem. Please allow 24 hours for a response.

 

Can I make a return?

At this time we do not accept returns on our beauty products. However, if there is an issue with your order please contact us and will be more than happy to help you resolve it.

Exchanged for equal value items can be requested up to 14 business days from date of delivery if product is unopened. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at TheSeraphSkin@gmail.com
